Nytt verktyg; Vi går från en årlig undersökning till fler mätningar med färre frågor per gång. Under 2024 kommer vi att ta pulsen i verksamheten 2 gånger per halvår.
Färre frågor per tillfälle, men mer regelbundenhet än tidigare då vi bara hade en gång om året. Missa inte din möjlighet att påverka! Ge anonym feedback om hur du mår och dina synpunkter på verksamheten.

Hur går det till?
Steg 1
Förberedelse. Du kommer att få en aktiveringsmejl runt 2 februari. Det innebär att du ska aktivera ett konto för att kunna få tillgång till Winningtemp. Avsändare till mailet är Bonnier News via Winningtemp.
Steg 2
Första omgången frågor kommer mejlas till dig runt 26 februari.
Andra omgången frågor kommer att mejlas till dig runt 20 maj.
Viktigt att veta
Aktiveringsmailet innehåller bara information för hur du ska aktivera ditt Winningtemp-konto. Innehåller ingen undersökning.
App finns på Google Play och App Store.
Undersökningen måste slutföras när den påbörjats. Det finns ingen pausfunktion.

Employee Survey 2024
New tool; We are transitioning from an annual survey to more frequent measurements with fewer questions each time. In 2024, we will take the pulse of the organization twice per half-year.
Fewer questions per occasion, but more regularity than before when we only had it once a year. Don’t miss your opportunity to influence! Provide anonymous feedback on how you’re doing and your views on the organization.

How does it work?
Step 1
Preparation. You will receive an activation email around February 2nd. This means you should activate an account to access Winningtemp. The sender of the email is Bonnier News via Winningtemp.
Step 2
The first set of questions will be emailed to you around February 26th.
The second set of questions will be emailed to you around May 20th.
Important to know
The activation email only contains information on how to activate your Winningtemp account. It does not contain a survey.
The app is available on Google Play and the App Store.
The survey must be completed once started. There is no pause function.
