När verkligheten inte stämmer inte överens med anvisningarna du får i E-budboken, s.k. avvikelser,är det viktigt att du meddelar oss detta (Ex. flyttad brevlåda, justering av gångordning). Du kan kontakta kollegorna som planerar rutterna direkt genom att mejla till: planering@hallmedia.se
Annars meddelar du avvikelserna till din Team Leader.
Genom detta bidrar du till att ge resurs bud och vikarier schyssta förutsättningar att utföra ditt jobb när du är ledig eller sjuk. Korrekta anvisningar har även stor positiv påverkan på vår reklamationsstatistik.
Försök att meddela oss så mycket avvikelser som möjligt före sommarsemestern.

When reality does not match the instructions you receive in the Delivery Guide, so-called deviations, it is important that you notify us of this. (Ex. moved mailbox, adjustment of walking order). You can contact the colleagues who plan the routes directly by emailing: planering@hallmedia.se
Otherwise, you notify your Team Leader of the deviations.
By doing this, you contribute to giving other distributors decent conditions to do your routes when you are off or sick. Correct instructions also have a large positive impact on our complaint statistics.
Please try to notify us of as many deviations as possible before the summer holidays.
