1. Background and purpose
In order to create an engaging and well-being workplace, we want to contribute by investing in preventive efforts for health that reach all our employees. Through a wellness grant, we want to encourage you as an employee to create regular health-promoting activities such as physical activity, mental training or stress management. We want to be a part of that investment and the hope is that this will lead to you also getting an increased commitment and that together we can prevent illness and work injuries.
2. Health care allowance from 1 July 2022
From mid-year 2022 onwards, we offer a wellness allowance of SEK 2,000. The grant is then given per calendar year, but in 2022 the entire grant can be used with receipts from 1/7.
Who does the health care allowance apply to?
All permanent and probationary employees within Nim Distribution in Skåne AB and Hall Media Logistik AB receive a wellness allowance of SEK 2,000 at 100% employment rate.
The compensation applies to 50% of a receipt. In order to take part in the entire amount of SEK 2,000, expenses of a total of SEK 4,000 must therefore be submitted.
If you are employed during the year, you will receive a contribution corresponding to the number of months until the end of the year and in proportion to your employment rate.

There you will find the entire MyBenefits wellness offering, which covers everything from gym cards and smoking cessation, to dance, yoga and swimming training from large and small providers such as SATS, House of Shapes, Friskis & Svettis, Runacademy and many more. If you don’t find anything that fits, you are free to use the wellness grant on another approved activity by reporting the receipt in MyBenefits. 3b. Routine Agreement area Swedish Transport Workers’ Federation
For employees within SV. In the Transport Workers’ Union’s contract area, your health care contribution is handled by the HR department.

Which activities are approved as health care?
Health care is a collective term for interventions with a health-promoting purpose and requires active efforts by everyone. Health is something we can build and develop, and is also something that must be maintained. To make it easier, we have collected approved activities in a list. If you want to use the wellness grant for an activity that is not on the list, it must meet the requirements of the Swedish Tax Agency, read more here.
How do I use my health care allowance?
Agreement area the Union
Either you choose to use the offers available via MyBenefits. Make your choice and order via the portal. You do not have to make any outlay of your own as the cost is deducted directly from your health care balance. Any amount in addition to the health care allowance is deducted from the next salary.
If you instead choose an activity that is not in MyBenefits, you make your own expenditure for the approved activity and submit the receipt to MyBenefits. You will receive the amount corresponding to the health care allowance paid on the next salary.
Receipt reporting for wellness benefits takes place in MyBenefits. Instructions on how to proceed are clearly stated in MyBenefits – there you can also read about which activities are approved.
