Vinstandels program inleddes förra året inom Bonnier News. Tanken med programmet är att när koncernen gör ett bra ekonomiskt resultat ska det också delas med de anställda.
Bonnier News rörelseresultat för år 2022 landade på 884 miljoner kronor och utfallet av årets vinstandels program uppgår därför till 45 miljoner kronor.
Beloppet man som medarbetare (ca 8 500 medarbetare) erhåller bestäms när vi vet hur många som omfattas av programmet och kommer – på samma sätt som i fjol – fördelas enligt tjänstgöringsgrad. Ersättningen kommer att betalas ut i samband med lön med i april.
För att få möjlighet att ta del av vinstandelarna krävs att ett antal kriterier uppfylls.
Grunden inom Distributionsbolagen är att man ska ha varit anställd med månadslön och ha en tjänstgöringsgrad/närvaro om minst 25 procent mellan januari och december under 2022, inom något av Bonnier News majoritetsägda svenska bolag.

The profit share program was launched last year within Bonnier News. The idea of the program is that when the group makes a good financial result, it should also be shared with the employees.
Bonnier News’ operating profit for the year 2022 landed at SEK 884 million, and the outcome of this year’s profit share program therefore amounts to SEK 45 million.
The amount that you as an employee (approx. 8,500 employees) receive is determined when we know how many are covered by the program and will – in the same way as last year – be distributed according to seniority. The compensation will be paid out in connection with salary in April.
In order to have the opportunity to share in the profit shares, a number of criteria must be met.
The basis within the Distribution Companies is that you must have been employed with a monthly salary and have a service level/attendance of at least 25 percent between January and December during 2022, within one of Bonnier News’ majority-owned Swedish companies.
